Absolutely loved this! This take on Remus's lycanthropy is so thoughtful - I like the introduction of Catholicism into the equation, and the dynamic between his parents. And the Animagus transformation! Perfect! :)

I love how balanced this is, and how you introduce things that are really interesting in the context of Muggleborns entering the wizarding world into Remus' background. The Marauders are just like I think they should be - especially James' arrogance and clear Pureblood-ism. You Remus is, of course, very well characterised, too. All around a very satisfying, thoughtful and original fic. Great job!

Thanks so much for your comments--I think that Sirius and James would have been really interesting kids, given the way that before kids become rebels they often parrot their parents' ideals.
