I could go flippant, and say that Gilderoy Lockhart's boggart would be a home-copied video entitled "I Know What You Did Last Summer", in an padded envelope on its way to the newspaper offices.

On a more serious note, I imagine Lily Evan's boggart is a school badge for a humdrum Muggle school, which would make her leave Hogwarts and all she found there. Hermione's is possibly the same.

I laughed out loud (literally!) at your suggestion for Lockhart's boggart.

And I could definitely see both Lily's and Hermione's boggarts representing something mundane, especially after they started at Hogwarts.
