This was powerful, evocative, and frightening! My fav of the fest, honestly, for it conjures up exactly the right amount of darkness for a Halloween fest. Interesting that Severus was shuddering from the evil he felt all around him, and yet he was willing to help the Malfoys save Draco (I assume from Voldemort's punishment after Draco failed to kill Dumbledore?). MUCH love for this drabble!

I imagine that in canon, Severus did a lot of things that he wasn't comfortable with but went along with anyway - this is very much an extension of that.
