Yikes, that's certainly dark but eerily seductive in a way. Excellent job.

I like the ambivalence in this.

Narcissa playing hard to get to Lucius' flirtations is a fun trope, and one of my favs for this ship, honestly. I loved flyingharmony's prompts that made it all possible.

Happy Halloween, my dear, and thank you so much for the R&R!

Decadent and dark and eerily depraved. . .just what I'd imagine of the dark world. Well done.

I admit, I'm one of those fans who often wonders about the social customs among the various blooded magical families. The pure-bloods, in particular, seem to behave much like the Beau Monde during the 1800's in London. Given that, they must have had decadent parties with elaborate outfits, ritualistic marriage games, and balls with dancing. Yet, all their outward, formality would lead to repression, you'd think. That HAS to translate into some really wicked cutting loose behind closed doors, or so I'd imagine. Hence, this rather twisted tale.

In any case, I'm happy to see it worked for you! Thank you so much for this lovely review!

Happy Halloween, dearest!
