This is beautifully creepy, just the perfect thing for Halloween. You manage to tell a full and complex story in just 200 words (and even more than a story -- the Aunt Jean backstory is very effective). What you've done here is scarier than even the scariest Halloween ghost story: you've shown that monsters aren't just for Halloween. A victorious Voldemort makes every day a day of horror. Really well done.
