WOW! Your cutting board art is (among) my favourites of your art. As soon as I can scrape up any money whatsoever, I'm going to commission me one of those. After we pay our gargantuan property taxes, I might actually be able to splurge a little (fingers crossed!)

Thank you, it's really one of my favorite mediums to work in, wood just has something about it that loves colored pencil.

Thanks! I find that laying down colored pencil first and then going over it with touches of acrylic paint really help in getting the colors laid down nicely.

Indeed, although, it would be much more appropriate if it were a very stern looking adult Snape.

Thank you. :) Bamboo is really cool with regard to texture and while I'll work on any type of wood is really is my favorite of the lot.
