The interesting thing about DH was how it broke my heart in a million wonderful ways, while failing to break it where I would have suspected it to be the whole point of the story to break it, in order to immerse me in the book's main storylines of tragedy. I've been contemplating this for a bit. Even though it's only partly about Harry's world (and otherwise about a few other fantastical epics), I hope it's OK to post here. I sat and wrote the first draft of it during day two of my workshop from hell yesterday.
