Defining Killing(a) Intent to kill, mens rea in the law, literally the guilty mind. To establish whether a homicide is unlawful the intent of the killer has to be determined. Nice work! Very interesting, I like the theory of the AK originally being a healing spell being twisted toward evil.

This is a very fascinating piece. I really thought that bit on curing fevers and inflammations was interesting. You've certainly piqued my curiosity concerning this. Sectrum Sempra and Septimus Severus are disturbingly similar for some reason to me...

Fascinating stuff! And I had always thought that "Kedavra" was related to "cadaver" ... which seems to come from Latin.
