Wow. This really packs a whallop to the gut.

I love where you went with the prompt. That in this story the back story is the most important part of the tale which the reader doesn't realise until the end.

If you ever do a sequel, please let me know. I would love to know what Ron decides to do 0:)

Congratulations on a job well done!

This is brilliant. Just--ugh, brilliant. I love war-time fics that aren't really about the war, but about what it does to the people involved. I love infidelity fics where it just happens, and you know people are going to get hurt but there's nothing to do but watch it play out. I love odd little details--like the graffiti and the Chudley Cannons. I love that Ron is eating in so many of the scenes. I love that this seems perfectly canon to me.

I'm gushing, but seriously, this? Lovely. And I don't even LIKE het. :) Great work, anon!

Beautiful. I love LOVE the room and their painting. I love the slow coming together but I especially love how it slowly shifts from Ron being the one encouraging them to get together, to Pansy.

Really enjoyed it!!

This was just fantastic and I adored your characterizations of both Ron and Pansy. That last line just killed me.

Brilliant job mystery author.
