Eggs Benedict, Vegetarian version

1. How common is eggs Benedict in the UK?
2. "English muffins" is called "muffins" there, correct?
3. Do UK vegetarians commonly eat eggs? If not, what do you call vegetarians who eat eggs?
4. Are your bacon substitute & ham substitute made of mushrooms? Or are they made out of soy? Do they taste anything remotely like the real thing?
(IMO Boca burgers taste enough like meat, but the texture is a dead giveaway.)
5. Do you have spinach with your eggs Benedict, or is that called eggs Florentine instead?
