Hi,

I'll beta these stories for you, if you still need someone. I haven't beta'd fanfic before, but I've worked as a proofreader and editor. And I'm in a critiquing group for my regular (non-fanfic) fiction writing, so don't worry, I'm pretty good at giving feedback in a way that doesn't offend.

You're worried about sounding "like a manual"... that's funny, because I used to be a technical writer. Trust me, I know manuals. ;)
