I came across your lj today via the Weasley Sweaters Community (which I only recently found out about) and wanted to say that I am in complete awe of your afghans. In particular, I love the FM afghan and the Chudley Cannons=)

I've been browsing the net for a Harry Potter project that is a tad more challenging than house attire and your afghans definitely fit the bill. Do you share patterns (if you have them at all)? Perhaps not, as I noticed you do quite a few commissions.

Also, if you don't mind my asking, do you use basic crotchet stitches for your projects or do you go for the afghan/tunisian stitch? I've never really tried afghan stitch, but I suppose it would be best for such interesting designs as yours.

Again, I love your work=) Brilliant!

Thank you! This post is a few months old, so it seems I should have updated it a bit, but having the time to do so is not so good... :D

I do have patterns, but they are indeciferable scribbles on charted paper. :( I've not had time to do any kind of translation. I will say there is a portion of one of my patterns up on Leaky Crafts. It's the Cannons logo from my Cannons blanket.

The stitch I use is an extended single crochet. I HATE doing Tunisian/Afghan...it takes too long. :D

Sorry about that!! I had to ...er...*shifty eyes herself* move a bunch myself because of some online happenings...but they should be coming back soon. I got distracted by some recent happenings...
