These are all very powerful and brilliant. The second one, though, is the one that gets me the most. Snape having to use what he knows from the Dark side to protect.

Now I have a Mace Windu/Snape thing inmy head and I want it to go away now, plzkthx. o.O

Thanks much! Ah, you meant the third one, right? LOL. That was actually the first thing that crossed my mind when Snape was arguing with Draco in HBP...that Snape was going to end up protecting Draco from himself.

Yes, I meant the third.

And I knew from the moment he agreed to it for Narcissa that Snape was going to be put a position where he'd have to keep that unbreakable vow.

Oh, I loved #3! "...casually cursing Rosmerta when she turned around" - so Snape-y.

That's is, believe it or not, the first time I've written Snape. I'm surprised it turned out as well as it did, to tell you the truth.

Thanks for the R&R!

Ooh, these were all great! My faves were two and four. I liked two cause it gets you to realize how powerful Draco's become, and it kind of makes you scared. Well, it makes me scared. And four, I liked cause he's starting to realize now not-so-fun it's become. "...throwing up even the memory of breakfast," I like that...

Tomorrow, hopefully. I am posting all my drabble (119 at last count) on my website so that is eating into my writing time but I need to get that done.

Ooohh, I really like all of them, the second especially. I'd like to see more of what Bella did to help Draco. I like what the third one implies about Draco, lol. I'm such a sucker for him, really. Nice job on them all.

I'd like to know more about what Bella and he did over the summer too. I have a feeling, if I really want to know, I'm going to have to invent it.

I'm just really glad that Draco has finally moved from being a 2D character to a 3D...and all in a couple of pages.

Ahh, inventing the canon that JKR doesn't write (kind of an oxymoron, no?) is fanfic at its best. (I hope you get what I mean by that, lol).

I am so happy for the Draco in this book. Sure, he's not what I wanted, but at least he's SOMETHING, which is more than we can say about any other book. The transition was fast, but well-awaited so it was all good. He was always capable of being a major (well, bigger) character, so I'm glad he finally is.

Yeah, I got it *G* Sorta like what I wanted to do with Buffy but never finished before the last season...

Yeah, the transition was a bit abrupt but it worked well, I think. Of course, that all goes back to my insistance that the book should have been at least another 200 pages...
