Really good, Powerful with only 100 words. ^^ I'll be redaing the longer version in a bit.
I've got Reg pegged as Regulus Alphard though, but that's just because in my perfect world of naming principles - Sirius would be named for his father, Reg would be named for his father's brother. ;)
Regulus Alphard would actually make more sense as a name, when you get right down to it. In all honesty, I'd forgotten about Alphard and picked Alexander, if not at random, because the name popped out at me and insisted on being used.
OOOH!!!!! I just squeed really loudly. That's such a good idea - I imagine Regulus will appear in Book 7... I find Regulus's death one of the saddest, incidentally, since he tried to get out, but couldn't.
Yeah, I'm not sure if he'll see it either... What I really want to know is if he actually has destroyed the horcrux, or if he hasn't. But then, how would you destroy the necklace? Melt it down? Harry destroyed the book by sticking the fang through it, but you couldn't really penetrate a locket with a baslisk fang unless you were rather strong...
How do you destroy the locket? Hmm... that's a very good question, one I hadn't thought of before. Maybe that's why it's still around and in one piece? (Presumably, of course.)

I'm really hoping that Regulus appears in the last book, even if in a memory or something along those lines. We'd better learn *something* about him.
I think I will cry if R.A.B. turns out to be someone else.

Voldemort might see the note, I suppose, depending upon how Book 7 plays out, but I think it adds something to the story if he doesn't.
