I'm almost beyond words, but that's not really fair to you, so I'll try to say something more than just "I love these" and then drifting off into babbling.

Maybe it's the colors theme, but this makes me think of light hitting a prism -- you've broken Ginny into all the parts that make her up, but they're all still completely Ginny. (With "Black" thrown in to show us what happens with the absence of all the other, colorful, Ginnys.)

My favorite is probably "Green," but there really are ideas or phrases in each of them that are lovely, like the description in "Orange" of Ron as "her little big brother." (I also really love "Orange," which is a nice portrait of two of the Weasley siblings).

Thanks for posting these!

Oo! Babbling's good! :tee-hee:

I like your image of Ginny being subdivided by a prism, in these...that's kind of the way I thought of them, I guess.

I have such a soft spot for Ron, you can probably tell :) I especially love Ron and Ginny's relationship...I guess it's cuz I'm an only child...

Anyway, I'm really glad you liked it :)

I'm in two minds about these drabbles. I loved red, orange and white. Green was not bad, black was okay. Purple got me perplexed and I had to spend a while thinking about it till I got the meaning. And I don't get the blue one at all - enlighten me, Ron had blue eyes? In canon? And why she doesn't like blue? Ah, the thestrals. Then it starts to make some sense, but still it is somehow blurred, even now that I finally got what you meant. As a series of drabbles, they work pretty well together - I really like it.

Would you mind if I translated them into Polish? You can see my other translations on my LJ, just go there and have a look *winks*

*hugs*
