I concurr, Snape is just creepy and awful in this...in a very good way! :) Seems like exactly the sort of thing he'd do, just to make Lupin a bit more miserable.

*jaw drops* Such a simple sentence, with such cruelty behind it. This is truly an impressive piece of dialog. I wish more writers understood the power of understated threats.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. I agree with you - I like the power behind the words when I read a fic - the things not said. So much scope for angst there, too - I love writing Remus and the things he doesn't say, if you know what I mean.
