After an amazing first week for The Project of Doom BoW, we venture on to Week 2!
Reminder: If you DO NOT want to see the block before you make the pattern in order to keep it a mystery, please do not click on the cut. If you just can't stand it...go ahead, click!
Not quite as exciting as week one, but so much potential! Especially with the list of
books from Harry Potter.
Remember, there are thirty different patterns and no two patterns will be the same, so even the simplest of the blocks will be unique!
The background space on the left can be a book if you choose. I did intentionally leave a gap here and there throughout the patterns because I like the way it spaces everything out, but this is YOUR quilt, so if you want to add or change your blocks, then do!

If you have any issues with the patterns shrinking when you print, please see
this post and the note about pattern scaling. EDIT:
shaebay let me know that if you have "borderless printing" as an option on your printer, the pattern will print at the correct size. If not, please see yesterday's post. It's not really a problem, you'll just need to make a minor adjustment to get the correct block size.
Please remember that to be eligible for the monthly drawing, you need to be a member of
hp_paperpiecing and share block photos that will then be posted by me for Tuesday Photos. You can do that by
emailing your photos to me, posting links OR images in the comments of any post OR by posting them to our
flickr group! Please note that if you post your photos in the
flickr group or in comments, it is not necessary to email them to me. You can share any Harry Potter block photo any time, including PoD photos, so if you have a late start, please continue to share!
