Dissertation Defense Time

I defend my dissertation tomorrow. I'm stressed. I know I'm stressed because I'm not only baking a cake - two-layer fudge - but I'm experimenting with the buttercream frosting in a serious way, adding cinnamon and Carolan's Irish Cream to one batch and setting another batch aside for coloring and running through a pastry bag with decorative tips
