Adapting overrides

I'd like to update the tutorial on adapting S1 overrides. I'd like it to cover the ability to specify the CSS for different view types, e.g. the way LASTN_HEAD overrides would become RecentPage::print_custom_head() in S2. It can reference S2 View Types for a listing of different classes.

Actually, I'm now thinking more about a generic print_custom_head() tutorial, along the lines of the S1 GLOBAL_HEAD tutorial... It should note that all system layouts have a Custom CSS section, which can be used; but for custom layouts this function can be used. It can then explain how to specify different CSS for different views, along the lines of http://community.livejournal.com/howto/4516.html; and reference the S2 View Types thing.
