More free tutorials for S2HowTo
The following tutorials no longer need to be "paid accounts only", as all system layouts now have the Custom CSS option:
Cursor customization
Background images (Many layouts already have the options to do this - see Page Background Image Properties feature guide)
Shifting Journal Contents Downward (Many layouts have this option now - see Top Margin feature guide)
[generator] Adding a background image to the comments bar
Various Content Resize Realign (these may no longer be applicable, as there are options to resize and realign content - see Changing Page Alignment, Changing Page Width)
Transparency and Opacity

Does anyone want to adjust them? I think simply CSS needs to be explained; and then in some general ones (not layout-specific) mention Page::print_custom_head(), so that people with custom layouts know what to do with this. Thank you! I might take some of those in my free time, but any help is welcome. Any other CSS-based tutorials that I missed?
