It would probably be good to check for the size of the visible tag list before printing out the tags sidebar box, because if a user has no visible tags, then a header with no associated content pops up.

I've seen this problem a couple of times before with friends-only journals, and with journals which use tags for only certain types of (FO) posts. :)

Thank you for the suggestion. It's a good one. In future, it's better to post suggestions as new entries rather than comments, though, so I can keep track of them better (with tags!).
