That the Octava holds such information is disturbing indeed, and indicative of a serious security breach. Discovering how he has managed this should be our priority. We cannot allow him to continue.

Thank you, ma'am; as unpleasant as the task may be, I agree it's probably better to put them out of the misery.

I didn't see any specific indications as to how he may have acquired the information he had, but if there's anything I can help with as far as an investigation goes, I'm ready and willing.
