Well, Ren-kun, if they're not dead yet that means you're doing SOMETHING right! <3 I'm not all that great with plants, so I can't really give any tips. But I think Aloe plants need a lot more water than a cactus! I bet Hattori would be sad if Vera (yeah, I read it~) died!

Perhaps the plant specimen is a goodwill gift to counter the antics of your cactus, Captain. It is my understanding aloe vera has medicinal properties, though apparently this is somewhat contestable a conclusion. Is it possible your... anonymous benefactor did not mean to gift you with something quite as pugnacious as Hattori-san has turned out to be?
