got a good hour and a half/two hours sleep befor the roofers showed up and started tearing our roof off at 7ish. there are peices of ceiling everywhere but my room. so far. just saw a something or other poke threw above the stairs. the cats are scared. im tired. i got back to sleep sortsa but mostly didnt. i got really drunk by mistake. theres tar ( Read more... )

I hate it when people de/construct early in the day (hehe). Are you going to CB on July 1st? If so, I guess I will see you when you get back.

yeah, noise sucks, but leaks suck more. what sucks the most is the amount of the ceiling that fell in on melissas room. and having a tarp instead of an actuall roof today in the rain, tho nothings getting in... guess it doesnt suck too much...

jay and alison are getting married on the first, so we wont be back in halifax until the third, but after that we have forever to hang out... and i wont have to help you move into your new place! yes! heehe

I knew about the marriage. And I am glad you are getting your roof fixed, I just don't understand why construction has to happen at such early hours. Dale leaves for work at like 4am, then falls asleep super early, like 9pm.

my roof also leaks, but it is very, very, very unlikely that my "landlords" will ever do anything abour it. don't worry though, i still get woken up to construction cause they are building a brand new luxury home across the street from my dump. man, housing in vancouver is totally wacky!
