Cesc isn't going to be EXACTLY like Dwight because, let's face it- Dwight is an epic douche and I would never write Cesc like that, but he's definitely going to have some of the funnier qualities of Dwight, and same with Sergio and Jim :p

I know I hate Dwight kind of but the two of them are so that dynamic and it cracks me up and aw jim/pam are my favorite but i hope pam!fernando doesn't have a dumb boyfriend to deal with
