Well, we know one thing. Either this Robert Webb dude really likes other men named Robert (and just randomly picked a Robert from the list of famous Roberts), or he, much like a lot of the House fandom, believes that RSL should indeed get an Emmy...apparently if only for his nostrils. :D

(This is even more funny reading this while watching House and trying not to laugh when one sees RSL XD.)
