Oh, very neat, in a shivery-creepy way. I like how you've pulled the reader in to Taranis' mental state . . I'm actually not sure whether he's completely and utterly delusional, or whether his lights are in fact some other sentience that's using him. I look forward to more. :)

In all honesty, I probably saw it recced by Mhalachaiwords and read what was available and then forgot all about it until I went on a good crossover fic hunt and found your Supernatural/Millennium fic and then I thought...hmm there's something else I should know and I explored and remembered that I'd once read the first couple chapters of Merry Gentry xover fic before I got a lj...in other words this is a really roundabout way of saying that I was directed here by Mhalachai, read it, liked it, had no journal so no comment was made and then after another fic hunt months later I found Gathering Gloom again.

On a sidenote, yes I am that weird and I will be reading everything on your masterfic list....Just don't turn the hose on me when I start to go **squee**.
