Booked holiday flights - yippee!! Happy rant, and photo spam

I've finally stopped procrastinating and have booked my flights to France (via Munich!) for my walking holiday in the Pyrenees in July :) Now I need to make a plan about where to walk :)

I hope you have a good time - sounds like fun! Last time I went walking was for my Duke of Edinborough (gah, how do you spell that? I wanna spell it like Plainsboro but that doesn't look right) and it was okay. Time before that, though, it rained so badly that our tent flooded and then my teammate got convinced that she was dying of a heart attack. And then she was dying of hypothermia. Actually, she worked through quite a few House-worthy maladies. ;)
Anyway, have a great time! And tell us all about it when you get back!

I'm SO glad you've booked this, last year looks like a lot of fun! Mind you, that flower looks scary, is it really that prickly?

The refuges sound really useful, wish we had things like that in Britain!
