There are statues of Fio. With emeralds for their eyes. Helen had them built. There are statues of the others too, in what is called the Hall of Heroes, but there are more of Fiorenza, and Osumare Seaworth.

Helen really liked Fiorenza, didn't she? Now I want to finish Coastwise and get back to Over the Hill, because it's a Fiorenza POV! (And let me tell you, she is sick of riding a desk because she just had a baby. She wants to go out and kill things!)

(On latter thought, and having actually written the Osumare Seaworth-Chinyere Greywater working relationship, I think it's extremely unlikely he actually had children with her; I think it's more likely that she had children with someone else, and then she died and Osumare raised them.)

I think Fiorenza was a significant influence on her, not as much as Susan, but probably more than Lucy. Also, Joscelin is about six months older than her, so Fio quite often took care of both of them together. And I think she helped with Helen when they went on campaign? (I have a Horrible Thought. I bet Helen got her first period on campaign.)
