Rachel's announcement, but the news made it back into Town rather swiftly. As she figures more than a few people are going to need a drink in response to these events lately, well...

He barely knew anyone, but he had money in his pocket. And while drinking in Korea was done in at least 2s, he was willing to start just on his own. Hopefully, he would see someone he recognized and move into a group.
Maybe... probably not. Depends how drunk he got.
He started with beer. Cheap, easy to get, brand unimportant. He sat at the bar, watched the door, and drank, smiling softly to the woman behind the bar. He had no idea what was going on, so he wasn't here to wash away the political hoo-hah. He was just there to drink.

"Clive Kelly, Jack of Spades." He said after a moment, holding out his hand for the man to shake it as he offered a soft smile. "Are you one of the diamonds?" That was a fair question, really. Many of the people in the bar were.

He flew out of his seat and did a deep bow, panting "Yeo In Su, 2 of the spades" presenting himself to the much higher value, and even while bowing, he held his elbow with one hand, while the other accepted the hand to shake in the uber polite Korean manner.
"I am in your service Jack Clive Kelly. Not a diamond, no... just- cheap beer Sir?"
Reply
"And please, Clive works fine." Because 'Jack Clive Kelly' was just an odd thing to hear. "How have you been settling in?"

And french fries.
So that's what she has in front of her, still dressed in the green sheath and high heels she'd been wearing for work that day when the entire Suit was summoned to the throne room.

So she just sits, quietly. She's drinking far more slowly than she did when Sieben died, but then she knows it doesn't really make pain go away.

But he has no intention of doing so. Instead, this more along the lines of moral support. So he'll just slide quietly into the seat beside her and wave to Diana for his only beer of the night.

"Ready for tomorrow?" She asks quietly as she sips her drink slowly. She's not planning to get drunk, either. They were down a Face Card again, after all. There was going to be piles of work in the morning.

He's joking.

I mean, who does that?
But he can be seen, sitting at one of the tables in the middle of things, quietly eating chicken pot pie and listening to the conversation flow around him. There's also a notebook on the table in front of him with a brief outline of the Arcana's time here at the Deck...for a story he's planning, of course.

It's probably one cocktail too many in when Kat flops into the chair across from Pete and runs a hand through her mussed hair. Too much dancing and flirting is not good for one's hairstyle.
"You're a quiet one."

And no, no one in the Deck ever pays attention to what their compatriots are doing, of course.

This was a Diamond establishment, after all. And she might sneak a peek at his notebook.
"Do you think that timeline will end with 'and they left and never came back?'"

And now she was having a quiet beer while playing a game of pool. But that's not much fun alone.
