Someone Told Me It Can't Always Be Bad

Despite arguments to the contrary, Amy is, in many ways, better off than she was a few months ago. She's no longer dependent on Ethan's approval (though Tally and Jordan have done am excellent job of becoming replacements for that), she's eating more than once a day (though Chives still would argue that two tiny meals and three protein shakes is far from sufficient) - under Little Brother's watchful gaze, of course, and she did start seeing a therapist (though Dr. Rhodes' abrupt departure certainly didn't help anything, but who cares if Amy Sinclair is discontent? Isn't she always?). There have, naturally, been a few minor setbacks, but nothing world-ending.

So, for once, Amy just might be walking with a bit of a spring in her step as she patrols Spade Castle. She's back in her element when she's on guard duty, especially on the night shift.

And she's working very hard to not let anything bring her down tonight.
