Well, thanks in part to my dearest mother, my weekend has been shot to Hell before it even begins.
My grandmother had to have surgery today (nothing major), and her doctor said that after she comes home from the hospital tomorrow, someone will have to stay with her a couple of days "just in case". It's standard recommendation after any ( Read more... )

Gosh, I know!! My mom sometimes does the same, makes plans for me without asking first and that always makes me so mad :(

Particularly since my mom usually doesn't do this!

Truth be told though, there really wasn't anyone else to do it at the time, but still...I would've liked her to make a show of asking me at least.
I didn't end up buying L&C yet...it's still a bit pricey. : /
Soon as it goes on sale again though...definitely purchasing! :)

I know I'm not the only out there, but unfortunately, most of the people in my personal circle don't get it. *sigh*
