Wow, I´m impressed with how you keep statistic about what you hear ^-^. 2017 was a very stressful year for me, so I could listen as much as I would have wished for. My fave Japanese band still is Sekai no owari. There was one song however that I truly loved in 2017 (not by Sekaowa) - and that was "Sora" by Generations from Exile Tribe. And I loved the music to the movie "Have a song on your lips", especially the choir-parts ^-^.

I don't do anything, it's the plug in+site that does it for me ^^

I see... I never paid too much attention to Sekai No Owari music...
I don't thing it's bad, just it never hit on me when I happened to heard it (I'm very particular about music) but well, it's not like I listened to albums or singles, so I might have heard just random songs.

Uhmn... I don't know if I am right, but is it maybe the aniki drama theme song?
(Sora) I think I liked it too.

Never heard about that movie... what is it about?
(no links please, just two words)

Yes, indeed "Sora" is the theme song for the aniki drama ^-^. I love that song.

I don´t manage in two words, but try to keep it short ^-^. "Have a song on your lips" is about a school choir on a remote Japanese island and a famous female pianist that for some reason ended her career (I don´t want to spoil you) and visits here pregnant sister on that island (she is the leader of the choir). Due to the pregnancy she cannot lead teh choir for soem time and sasks here sister (the pianist) if she can step in for her. her sister fist is very reluctant to do just that, but is more or less forced to do so. this movie has a nice story, very nicely developed characters , a very good cast, great music and there are breathtaking shots of the beautiful landscape. Very worthwile watching if you like arthouse-movies away from the mainstream.

Ok, I listed it my "should watch" movies (MDL) ...
It sounds really interesting....

Also, I think the song I'm currently into could be of your taste... Maybe...
(it's a super-limited-sold only at the venue during a "last-live" thing- song, I managed to get it and having it sent to my friend's but still not have on my hands, so I'll have you listen to it once I get it LOL

sorry for the super complicated way I used to explain it...
It's a messy day
