I too, of course, really really really hope that it is Stacy. I don't think that House would try 'n see if Cameron is still interested now that he can walk...because a)he's sooo not over Stacy (and never will be! hah!) and b) that would be like recycling plot points...and we all know that recycling plotpoints is like recycling ideas and ideas are not soda cans
( ... )
The funny thing is, that I was watching the other day the episode sans Cameron from the first season. I assume that the writers' aim was to show how important and irreplaceable was she (and to build up a plot for the disastrous date), but I didn't miss her at all in that episode. As if she was never on the show before. :)) Everything worked without her perfectly.
Exactly. I don't understand why people like her..she's whiney and childish if you ask me. I read the answers to those questions asked on that website that was posted earlier in this tread (forgot by who...you, maybe?) I didn't like what i read very much, but was a little relieved by Hugh's answer in the second question. I agree with him. And why she keeps throwing herself at him.... is beyond me.
Maybe one day TPTB will come to their senses and realize that Cameron is far from important and irreplaceable, fix her a nice lil 'exit-plot' and make Sela a regular on the show instead :D
Hugh is uncomfortable with the idea too. Bless his heart! Really, Hollywood should stop this nonsense to fix up middle aged guys with young chicks. I'm not old fashioned but I still find it crazy. Despite all her 'fixing' pathology, dead husband story and her weird moral issues, I still find her a much less interesting character than Stacy.
It's like CSI (Grissom & Sara) all over again. And *that's* exactly the reason why I stopped watching that show ! So I REALLLLLLLY hope they won't do this to House MD !
