I think he looks like Reisner x Cecile but I'm not sure anyone else agrees with me. He doesn't really look like Sch A, except that he does have a fairly wide head and large mouth. I think mostly he probably looks like himself, lol.

It's another $11 for registered. >< The base cost is $8 for airmail. (I think that price increase is kinda large.) It's your call. You know I've never ever sent anything TO Japan. ^^; lol.

Except if you need CC paypal which would then be uhh $44.55 for regular airmail or $55.86 for registered. Yay for math. @_@
