Ingress runs into Amy's room. She is terribly excited.

"AMY AMY YOU'LL NEVER GUESS WHAT I GOT FOR MY BIRTHDAY!!!!"

Amy looks up from her desk, where she's writing letters, and smiles very brightly.

"A great deal, from what I can tell. But I'm not sure I can guess what has you so terribly excited, Ingress. You may have to just tell me."

"Tom and Door said I can go to Valdemar!!! Megwyn and I are going to go really really soon and we can stay and visit!!!"

[kitchen_maid]

"Oh, Ingress, that's wonderful," says Amy. "And I'm sure you'll have a marvelous time, and when you get back, you can tell me all about it."

"I shall, I shall!" She hugs Amy tightly. "I'll miss you though! Oh, Amy, Megwyn is so happy! She's homesick she said, and she wants to see her friends and her mommy if she's in Haven."
