I love your little introduction. We are a really passionate, vocal and happy group of people indeed, lol. That's what I love about this community; we're always looking on the bright side of things.

As for the songs you mentioned here, wow I had no idea Zachary Levi was the male voice on Katharine McPhee's "Terrified". I mean, I knew his name was Zachary Levi and I knew the guy who plays Chuck's name Zachary Levi, but I just never linked the information. Funny. "Sex on Fire" has actually been used multiple times in fanvids already. Two very prominent versions that come to mind are by madzebra101 (this one actually kind of fits with the description you gave as to how people could use this song) and by fanfriends. The latter uses a remixed version of the song but it's definitely worth checking out.

I don't know the last song and I don't actually vid myself (a lot) but I'm sure someone's willing to take it on. Welcome to the community!

"All I Want Is You" is one of Carly Simon's best, IMHO, and sums up nicely how I think Cuddy feels about House. And then there's the whole "sexy hurricane" thing, too...... :-D

"Sex on Fire" is an awesome one. It would definitely be great for our ship.

Being a Top 40's junkie, I also thought that "Shut up and Kiss Me" by Orianthi was a good House/Cuddy song.

"This is my first post here at the House-Cuddy community, though I've been lurking since the S6 finale. I have to say, I have never in my life seen a fan community in any genre, of any ship, as passionate, vocal, and happy as the Huddies here represented, and it's truly a wonderful thing to behold. The post in the epic 515 (at my last count) response thread to the first promo of season 7 in which the OP said s/he wished we could all get together and drink a toast to House finally getting laid by Cuddy because her/his roommates don't understand? Oh, how I wish a few of the communities I've belonged to in the past had had that kind of bond. Although I'm a newbie around here, believe me, I understand that feeling. I understand ALL of the feelings expressed in the thread about that first promo for S7

I was not kidding when I said I wanted to drink a toast to House/Cuddy finally getting together! :P I agree with all your sentiments about the comm. This has definitely become one of my favorite comms of any of my fandoms for all the very same reasons.

I'm not really familiar with the songs you posted, but I'll have to check them out. :) They sounds cool.

I was also secretly hoping someone would post a thread like this so I could throw out a song myself.

"Step Into My Office, Baby" by Belle and Sebastian, anyone? Song lyrics aren't totally applicable to House/Cuddy, but it's a fun song & could make for a goofy/ironic kind of vid. :)

I know you weren't kidding about the toast. That's when I knew it was time for me to introduce myself: I felt that way too, after I saw the ending of "Help Me." Seeing that a whole bunch of someone elses felt that way too, well, that's why I'm here now. :-)

I'm not familiar with "Step Into My Office, Baby," but I'll be looking it up as soon as I can. I'm a huge music aficionado and I have everyone from Frank Sinatra to Jim Brickman to Nickelback to Faith Hill in my collection.
