I came back from my lunch break today at work and saw a return receipt on the printer. Some lady had returned two bottles of fish oil and I found them sitting open on the counter. Now, on our return receipts we have the customer fill out some basic information like name, phone number, address, stuff like that. We also have a line for them to write
