Guh. It is such a brilliant and engrossing show!! And it's actually a 'smart' show - you will never look at city politics and institutions like schools and newspapers the same again.

Phew! Thank you for not liking Twilight... I was looking for a reason not to read those books <3!

Oh man. Don't do it. All I felt was anger at myself for falling for it. Now it's almost pure hatred.

Deb Morgan ftmfw! Wait till you see season 3 -- she's more awesome than ever. :D

And oh man, Twilight. UGH. I almost feel like the worst part about checking those books out is that since I read the first two, I feel like I have to read the others, despite loathing the series so much.

I've seen about half of season 3, but not all of it. Like her reaction to finding out about Rita being pregnant - classic Deb that I love so much. :) And I'm sure she would totally appreciate the ftmfw! too. hehe

Re: Twilight. Don't feel that way. I did too hence reading Eclipse and I didn't even truly read the whole thing - 'cause dang! those books are thick! Needlessly thick - if you took out all the perfect Edward observations, they would be half the size. The reviews for Breaking Dawn were so atrocious, I only read nine pages then sold it.

LOL at so many of your comments - especially the Twilight (series) remark(s). Let's face it - all of us over the age of 20 who read it were just too interested to leave it alone after the whole fandom thing hit LJ. LOL We all wanted to be teenagers all over again and fall in love with the book just as much as the "cool kids"....but the book was so obviously for exactly that....kids. What a let down! I only read the first one and will watch the movie at some point just to see if Edward is as hot as people say he is. :) But I have no desire to read the rest. I did enjoy it don't get me wrong but it was nowhere near the writing standard of HP or HDM which are books for similar age groups ( ... )

I completely agree about Twilight be NO WHERE near as good as HP. No where freakin' close. And same for HDM - I only read The Golden Compass, but that was damn hard to get through - Twilight, I skimmed it and I still get the general gist - Edward is perfect, don't have sex until marriage, etc.

If you really get into The Wire, I should have links to rest of the full seasons. I d/led most of it except for every other couple of episodes that I got impatient for and ordered through netflix.

I gave up on Grey's and House. Bones too unfortunately. I was keeping up a little bit this season, but eventually stopped. I'm still into Dexter (haven't watched all of season 3 yet though), GG and Ugly Betty besides the shows I was into that I don't think you were - 30 Rock, Mad Men, The Office.

Brothers & Sisters is on my shows to eventually check out. :)

I told you it was tough and that the next two are waaaaaaaaay better!! Put them on your list twin. Honest you 'll love The Subtle Knife...I promise!!

Oooh thats cool thanks - I'll come hunting once we are through season 1.

I can't believe both you and Leslie have ditched Bones. I think it's the one show that has gotten stronger over the seasons when everything else seems to get crappier. Bones had an awesome shipper moment last week when Booth took Brennan ice skating after a hockey episode.....very much reminded me of the old days of Syd and Vaughn and it was so strange to see BB holding hands an stuff.....very cute and coupley for them. I am loving season 4 as we have had lots of development in Booth's character which we missed cos of the writers strike last season...it's been a long time coming.

GG and UB are still fun! And yeah for Dexter Morgan. He married Debs (the actors) - did you here?
