Kate's walking through the lobby, contemplating the type of girly drink that Tony would tease her to high heaven about drinking, when she spots Buffy with the chairs. She laughs as Buffy makes her challenge, and then considers it.

“OK, what are the rules? You’re taking on the reigning NCIS spinny-chair queen.” Kate pause, truthful to the last. “Well, apart from when Abby cheats.”
