A guy came in tonight talking on his cell phone and literally threw a piece of paper at me.  My mother brought me up not to interupt people when they are talking on the phone, so I polightly ignored him.  His wife came in almost imediately and gave him a look that could melt ice at 25 paces!  We had a great talk, and I got her all checked in, and
