Over the weekend we had a family staying with us in a SMQQ room, we also recently upgraded our MSI System (the operating system we use here at our lovely little shitbag hotel.) So on Saturday at about 1600 hours some dude with swollen red eyes and wearing a flimsy looking neck-brace comes to my front desk, he complains that his toilet is backed up ( Read more... )

These are the douchebags who leave bad comments on TripAdvisor and elsewhere.

When I'm thinking of booking somewhere to stay, I always ignore the worst 2 reviews... I also ignore the 2 best reviews, because they could be the owner's friends!

Best thing you can ever do for yourself is document your side before the guest gives their side. Sign and date it and make a copy for yourself.

You can't trust anyone to cover your ass but you.
