Maybe you just need to wait for the snow to melt, or the wind to blow away the leaves that covered your footsteps. Just because you can't see them doesn't mean they aren't there. In the meantime, eat your baon under a tree. Hansel na sour cream and onion. Masarap yun. :)

Read the Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls, or Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintennance by Robert Pirsig, both will give you a different perspective of how to deal with ennui.

Buy a Lore Binder from U.P., rub the runes on the spine and find yourself as the same person in a different story, or if you want, a different character in the same story.
