You know, I am the exact same way. I may not be able to list them all systematically (only I probably can, just not in order) but I've never stuck around one place for more than two or three years in a row. In some cases I go back, like this recent venture into RP and my ongoing addiction to Triple Triad, but in most cases, I found something else.

I tend to dabble a little in old hobbies. Every once in a while, in a fit of nostalgia, I'll do some dolling, or visit an old community or something like that. But I never really do a full-fledged return to something. RP is kind of an exception, except for the part where it was in a different format in a different place every time I started it again. And I sucked less at it this go around. That, too.

That's what happened to me, too. RP I generally sucked at, walked away, came back unexpectedly when I got better. The only other to last so long was Triple Triad, and that was less because I got bored with it and more that the site would die, so I'd go somewhere else, find something else to do for a year or two, look it up on a whim and hey! It's there again!

Actually, we're very similar in this regard. I do the same checkups once in a while, but I never really get the intention to go back. It's in the past, move on.

Like genderswap Charlie's Angels. But with more infighting and gay jokes and less high heels. And Charlie is on the sidelines yelling at everyone involved. And they juggle Gundams. So not very much like Charlie's Angels at all.
