The fact that he did not leave during that period (hur hur) of time speaks volumes of either his love for Sister or his Lazy Elemental status.

Perhaps a little of column A and a little of column B. But I think mostly column A. He really does care about her a whole awful lot.

hahaah Oh, man, I'm not sure that I'd ever really considered that before. I mean, I know that I figured she picked up all of her, uh, more dubious inclinations only after he was hauled away, both because he was a moderating influence and so that he'd be surprised by her talking about them later, but I hadn't considered what her talking about puberty in and of itself would be like for him. That's excellent. Horrible for him, but excellent.
