Lucca didn't know the rules of baseball, but she watched the game on the small diamond in the Nexus park for some time. Of course, the fact that both teams were completely made up of pirates in appropriate approximations of baseball uniforms didn't help her confusion.

*Dark Link wanders over. Don't ask how or why he's there, the Nexus just decided that now was a good time to him to show up in the park. He's got on a clean set of clothes, but the bandages underneath, covering up the last of his burns and scrapes, still show. His jaw is healed, that being the first thing he spent his time crafting a spell to put back together.*

*He smiles when he sees Lucca.* Hey you.

"Huh? Oh hi!" She says, but her grin quickly fades when she notices the shape he's in." My gods, what happened to you??"

I tried to take out Tony Stark and got into a fight with Ali. I underestimated her and then had a... bad run-in with Din. I tried to shift into my celestial form during the fight and that, apparently, is overstepping my bounds of power. She didn't take kindly to that.

"Oooh... I'm sorry. Yeah, that Stark guy is being a bully in a big way, but I don't think you had to go after him... You're okay, though, right? That's what matters." She says, standing from the grassy hill she'd been sitting on.

Suddenly, someone falls out of a portal with a crash. "...Ow."

Lucca had scrambled back a few inches when she heard the portal open, but now that she's seen who it is she crawls to him, a worried look on her face. "You okay?"

"Yeah... I'm fine. Just a bit embarrassed."

She chuckles, getting to her feet and offering a hand up. "Where'd you come from, anyway? Looks like you didn't intend on showing up here..."
