 I once did time in a restaurant group that served mostly Middle Eastern fare, and this the fruits of those labors. It's a great meal for the summer and real crowd pleaser for parties (just use larger quantities)

Cucumber Sauce

Ingredients
Large Cucumber (few seeds) - Peeled, Diced and Seeded
Large Container Plain Yogurt (Mountain Hi is the best stuff

I can also make Curried Lamb Shanks and Keefta and Fouel. :D But those are my trade secrets. LOL
