Cool - I'll keep my fingers crossed for financial aid success.

And according my dictionary, definition 10 under 'money' reads: "moneys or monies, Law. pecuniary sums." Hmmmm. Big help there. I think I've mostly only seen it in the plural when people are talking about different forms of currency lumped together.
