The best way to go into the contest is to think that you're writing a fic that a lot of people will probably read, so write something you'd like them to enjoy. I think everyone who enters is a winner, just because they're going to please a lot of people. There are still so many people who enjoy reading GW stories. ^_^

That's so true! And I love to read fics, so I know how awesome it is when someone writes something good. I like to both write and receive - and MoR is the perfect opportunity!

Is it bad that I usually start a story with a vague idea and it usually explodes into 60 or 70k?
