i've been aching to know what kind of a lens you use.

Nikkor 28-80mm. It's just a kit lens, nothing spectacular really, though it's done me well. I also sometimes use a cheapo fisheye adapter. A lot of the background-blurring is done via photoshop :S

Wow, I am absolutely amazed by your photographs. The vibrant colours and emotions you capture always manage to put a smile on my face.

How exactly do you achieve this saturated colour!? I'm dying to know My dSLR never makes my photos turn out like this.

Thank you! :) I always saturate the living daylights of my photos/photoshop them a ton, so they're not originally this vibrant. You can, however, manually optimize your photos on your camera to be very saturated. Perhaps google your camera name + optimize, if you don't know how/where to already.
